Terms and Conditions of Participation
The Online Platform
Kompassera is responsible for the online services enabling booking of and payment
for the online tutorials,
online classroom functionality for dissemination of teaching materials,
and online communications through the Kompassera
Kompassera is in no way responsible for the quality of the teaching, tutorial
content or Zoom functionality.

Online Video Meetings
The online video functionality is provided by Zoom, and the provision of any
recommended hardware and software to ensure
the best possible video experience is the responsibility of the participants.
Although these recommendations
will be sent to the participants, participants are responsible for their own
hardware and software including
adequate internet connection, microphone, audio output and camera. Any failure
of the participants to take part in
any online tutorial due to inadequate hardware, software or internet
connectivity is not the responsibility of either
the organisers of the Renaissance Music Day or Kompassera. In this event, no
refunds will be given.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations less than 24 hours before the start
of the event.
Teaching & Teaching Materials
Every effort will be made to provide quality tutorials and associated teaching
materials, and every effort will be made
to communicate the standard of the tutorials and related teaching material prior
to commencement of the event and if participants require any prerequisite knowledge,
but no refunds will be due if any participant feels that either the teaching or
the related materials have not met their expectations.
All participant data provided to the event organisers or Kompassera when creating an
account is subject to the European General Data Protection Rules.
Session Delivery Language
All sessions are conducted in English.
